Once you fill out and submit the form on the contact us page, we will receive your information and reach out to you with some questions so we can begin the process for review. We will contact you either by phone or email to discuss our offer amount. Once we have come to an agreement, we will send the purchase agreement to you for a quick and easy electronic signature.
3. Get your cash
With a signed agreement, we will begin the closing process by utilizing an insured title company and handle all expenses of the transaction.
Based on your preference, the funds will be mailed or wired to your bank account.
